SynthOS is the AI operating system for a company of one, and there are two bills behind it that never mix. You pay your AI provider for the model’s thinking, on a key you bring — no markup from us. You pay SynthOS a flat plan for the cockpit: the app that turns that thinking into finished work on your Mac. Plans start From $29/mo and climb only as the work you hand it grows. WHAT YOU PAY FOR
The cockpit, not the thinking.
Knowing which bill is which makes both predictable. The model’s thinking is billed by your provider, directly to you, on a key you supply. The cockpit around it — the operating system that does the work — is what your SynthOS plan pays for. They’re separate, so a busy week never moves your subscription, and your token bill never has our margin on top.
YOU PAY YOUR PROVIDER
The model’s thinking
Every token a model reads or writes — reasoning, drafting, reading your files, planning the steps — is billed by the provider on your own key, at the provider’s published rates. We never mark it up or meter it. That bill stays between you and your provider, on their dashboard and their invoice. Bring-your-own-key keeps the engine on your meter, not ours.
YOU PAY SYNTHOS
The operating system
Your SynthOS plan pays for the cockpit: the agents and the crew that run in parallel, the chat, terminal, and browser surfaces, the vault and its living graph, the receipts and approvals, and the updates. It’s a flat plan, independent of how many tokens you burn — your tier sets what the cockpit can do, not how much the model costs.

THE LADDER
Four tiers, climbing with the work.
The ladder is built so capability and price move together: each tier up turns on more of the cockpit, not a different app. You start where you are and climb only when the work asks for it. Prices below are the monthly rate; yearly is offered at a lower per-month, and you can switch between them whenever you like.
The free tier — not a plan you buy, but one you earn by posting (see “Earning Watch” below). It lets you watch SynthOS do real work in front of you, live: it reads the web and answers on demand, you get one project and its brain graph on your Mac, and you can talk to it out loud. It reads the web rather than acting on it — the doing tiers start at Build.
The first doing tier, and where the ladder starts. You bring your key and it stops just answering and starts acting: it edits files and runs your tools on your Mac, acts on the web for you rather than only reading it, and gives you unlimited projects with a few jobs running at once. Cancel anytime — you always own everything it made.
Everything in Build, with the brakes off. Run unlocks a whole batch of agents at once instead of just a few, and puts your jobs on priority dispatch so they jump the queue. It’s the tier for bigger jobs that you want done faster, without waiting in line.
The hero tier — everything in Run, plus the work that continues when you step away. Orchestrate adds scheduled runs that happen on their own, even with the app closed, a brief of what got done while you were away, and up to twelve agents with all your ventures and clients managed from one cockpit. It runs your whole operation from a single place.
The plan you’re on sets the cockpit’s ceiling — how many agents run at once, whether runs can be scheduled, how many projects you keep. It never changes what the model costs: that is always your provider’s bill on your own key.
THE UPGRADE
GOD MODE — every limit turned up.
GOD MODE is not a card on the ladder. It’s an upgrade offered at checkout, only after you pick Orchestrate — a quiet “make it large” choice for the few who push the cockpit to its edge. Most people are perfect on Orchestrate; GOD MODE is there when you’re not.
$249/mo (lower yearly). GOD MODE turns every limit all the way up: the biggest fleet of agents, top priority so your jobs finish first, early access to new powers as they ship, and a standing line to George Tru. It’s the same cockpit, with the ceilings lifted.
Offered at the point of purchase. You won’t see GOD MODE advertised as a tier. When you choose Orchestrate, a single “make it large” step lets you continue with Orchestrate or step up to GOD MODE — no pressure, and you can downgrade later like any other plan.
GOD MODE still runs on your own provider key — it raises what the cockpit will do, never what the model charges. The token bill is still yours, still un-marked-up.
FOUNDER SETUP
The Handover — built by hand.
Founder Setup is the high-touch engagement at the top of the ladder — a private, in-person build rather than a subscription you configure yourself. It starts at $9,970, and twelve months of Orchestrate is included from day one.
George forward-deploys to you, in person. He flies out and sits across the table with you and your team to learn how the business really runs and where your hours leak — then builds it with you by hand: a custom crew of agents shaped to your work and your voice, never a template.

There is no free plan you can just sign up for — Watch is free because you earn it. You pay with a post: share SynthOS with someone who’d love it, and we open the door by hand. No card, no countdown clock.
SHARE IT
Post about SynthOS
Tell someone who’d genuinely want it — a real post, in your own words. Then paste the link to it. There’s no template to copy and no minimum follower count; an honest share is the whole ask.
VERIFIED BY HAND
We check it ourselves
Each post is reviewed by a person, not a bot or a tracking pixel. That keeps it honest and keeps it human — and it’s why there’s no card on file and nothing to cancel.
THE DOOR OPENS
Everything unlocked, 14 days
We open the door for fourteen days with everything unlocked — the scheduled runs included — on us. One pass per account. When it’s over, nothing auto-charges; you simply choose whether to pick a paid tier.
Watch is a one-time pass earned by a real post and approved by a human — not a recurring free plan and not a card-required trial. Because it’s verified by hand, there’s nothing to bill and nothing to cancel.
GUARDRAILS
In every tier — never an upsell.
The safety of the cockpit is not a feature you pay extra for. The guardrails ship in every tier, the free Watch tier included — they don’t turn on as you climb the ladder, because the point of them is that they’re always on.
Every action leaves a receipt you can read. Nothing happens behind a spinner you can’t see — you watch each step as it runs and can review exactly what each agent did and why.
It checks in before anything you’d regret. The ask-first approvals are in every tier, and you tune how cautious they are — consequential steps wait for your yes.
You set a spend ceiling so a run can never quietly overspend on your provider key. The real hard cap lives at your provider; the cockpit’s job is to warn, ask, and stop before you reach it.
You can stop a run at any moment and decline a step mid-task. Control is always one click away — in every tier, including the free one.
The honest version: receipts, ask-first approvals, the spend ceiling, and the kill-switch are in every tier, free included. We never charge you for what the AI thinks, and we never put the brakes behind a paywall.
MANAGING YOUR PLAN
Switch, or cancel, anytime.
Your plan is yours to change. Moving between tiers, switching the billing period, or canceling outright are all a couple of clicks — and none of it touches the work itself, because the work lives on your Mac.
Move up or down the ladder whenever the work changes. Upgrading turns on more of the cockpit right away; downgrading lowers the ceiling at your next cycle. It’s the same app at every tier — only the limits move.
It’s the same app either way. Monthly keeps it loose while you’re still feeling it out; yearly works out cheaper over the year — about two months — if you already know this is part of how you work. You can switch between them whenever you like.
Cancel in a couple of clicks, no call required. Everything SynthOS ever made for you lives on your own Mac as real files you own — Obsidian-compatible markdown and your assets — so canceling never holds your work hostage.
What you keep when you leave: the vault and everything in it are already on your disk as files you own. Canceling stops the cockpit and the cloud sync; it never reaches into your Mac to take the work back.
