George started TRU to build the tool he wanted as a company-of-one: a single, native place to run an operation instead of stitching it across a dozen browser tabs and someone else’s servers.
The conviction is simple and unglamorous — own the machine, own the leverage. SynthOS runs on your hardware because the most capable software in your life should answer to you, and the work it does should still be yours when the connection drops.
