Who we are

SynthOS is made by TRU (TruSynth Inc.) [⚠ confirm legal entity + jurisdiction]. These terms cover your account on trusynth.com and your use of the SynthOS macOS application.

Your account

You need an account to download the app and manage a subscription. Keep your sign-in method secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the service.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans bill monthly or annually through Stripe, our payment processor. Prices are shown before you pay. Plans renew automatically until you cancel; you can cancel anytime from your account in a couple of clicks, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

If we change a price, we tell you in advance and the change applies from your next renewal — never retroactively.

Refunds

Our refund policy is published at /refunds and is part of these terms.

The software

SynthOS runs on your Mac. Your vault, your run history, and your credentials live on your machine. The app is provided under a personal, non-transferable license for use on devices you control. Early-access builds change quickly and may have rough edges; that is what early access means.

Bring-your-own-key usage is billed by your AI provider under your agreement with them — that bill is between you and them, and we never add a markup to it.

Acceptable use

Don't use SynthOS to break the law, to harm others, or to violate the terms of the AI providers and services you connect. You are responsible for the work your agents do at your direction.

Warranties & liability

SynthOS is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
