If SynthOS isn't right for you, email us within 7 days of your FIRST subscription payment and we refund it in full. One email to [email protected] — no forms, no exit interview, no hard feelings.

Renewals

Renewal charges aren't automatically refundable — cancel anytime before renewal and you keep access until the period ends. If a renewal charge genuinely caught you out, write to us within 7 days and we'll make it right. We'd rather lose a charge than a customer.

Credits

Unused credit packs are refundable within 7 days of purchase. Credits already spent on metered usage are not, because we've already paid the provider for them.

Founder Setup (Handover)

The Handover isn't bought from a page. It's hands-on founder time with limited slots, so every engagement is agreed with you individually before kickoff — scope, payment terms, and the refund window included.

That means this page doesn't set the Handover's refund terms: the engagement agreement you sign does, and you'll have it in writing before anything starts. If anything in it is unclear, ask before you sign — [email protected].

How refunds arrive

Refunds go back to your original payment method via Polar, our merchant of record, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
