The guarantee

If SynthOS isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of your FIRST subscription payment and we refund it in full. One email to hello@trusynth.com — no forms, no exit interview, no hard feelings. [⚠ confirm window: 14 days proposed]

Renewals

Renewal charges aren't automatically refundable — cancel anytime before renewal and you keep access until the period ends. If a renewal charge genuinely caught you out, write to us within 7 days and we'll make it right. We'd rather lose a charge than a customer.

Credits

Unused credit packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Credits already spent on metered usage are not, because we've already paid the provider for them.

Founder Setup (Handover)

The Handover is hands-on founder time with limited slots. It is fully refundable until your kickoff session begins; after kickoff it is non-refundable. [⚠ confirm with George]

How refunds arrive

Refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
